Well Team, we had a successful April Meeting. We got through all the items on the agenda and we got to meet our new Treasurer for the first time. She's very eager to make a contribution and is going to start working on our 2007 financial statements. Please start preparing your 2008 budget proposals to submit to her.
I wont get into too many details about the meeting as I know Susan will post the minutes in this forum as well as you'll get the email version before the next meeting ( May 27th! So book your calendars ). Points to note/discuss are the Breakfast event, Banquet & Website content. Michelle is the lead for the Breakfast and she will post an update on the event within the next few days. Lynn is the lead for the Banquet and she's putting together a working committee for the banquet. Once we get past the Breakfast, we will be in full launch mode for the banquet.
If you have questions, please post them so we can respond. And don't hesistate to start a new thread of conversation if there are other things you'd like to discuss with the team. Thanks and I'm looking forward to hearing from all. am
